Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the bruknow platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
bruknow is a conversational automation and artificial intelligence platform for businesses. The Service includes chatflow builders, AI assistants, multi-channel messaging (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram), CRM tools, and related integrations available at bruknow.com.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) in violation of applicable law
- Transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure
- Collect or harvest personal data from other users without their consent
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft (Outlook/Office 365), Twilio, SendGrid, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies.
By connecting your Google account you also agree to the Google Terms of Service. By connecting your Facebook account you also agree to the Meta Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are and remain the exclusive property of bruknow and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bruknow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bruknow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option within the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
